WW2 Pole (Please Give Opinion)

I am making a WW2 map of the European Theatere (like Death In Europe from SC). I was wondering what you, the players of wc3, would like in a map the most...Please pick 2 things said below
1. A basic idea (top section)
2. A date which would be a good point to start from (bottom sec.)

ww2, my friend is currently working on one of these as well, i'm im working on the models for him. (his map is actually ww3 so a little more futureisric. Good luck :P

Hey chobo - that's nice =) I am a modeler too, but I heard that animations can't be implemented into the game yet. My future version I plan to add static objects like buildings - bridges... forests.... pyramids .... (::kisses 3dmax::) .

Yet of course there is one thing I will never be good at. And that is skinning. Guess I will send my panzers to be skinned by someone at the skinning forums.

I think that we've had enough WW2 "maps". Everyone takes it just as a war, and doesn't see much...it would be best to create a campaign. Other people might play another WW2 map, but I won't. If you take it seriously, though, I'd give it a try. Not like I'll be listened to anyways, so I'm just going to go over here and draw up a campaign plan...

I thought about a campaign - but it would have to be multiplayer only - and cache works only in single player. Passwording future levels in a campaign seems foolish to me, so I made this.

I have an idea for a world war 2 RPS though ... stay tuned...



Oh and I think you are confusing WW2 and WW3 MELEE maps (aka I can draw picture of europe and put goldmines and starting locations) vs Heavy trigger based maps.

My map has advanced triggers with JASS modifications. It's an anti-melee map. Think of TDs as the bridge between melee and UMS maps like mine.

have you been living in a hole under a rock on mars? republica got his animation exporter out like a month ago, get it now !

Your wrong,we got Animation Exporting for Milkshape and 3dsmax now,wc3c had it in news :D
