Looks pretty good. Here are some tips tho:
The skin looks a little flat, if you know what I mean. Try adding some texture to it. The leaves on him are cool. Lastly, alpha out the team colour. It ruins the whole model.

But great job so far!

you can't alpha out team color unless you edit the model or replace every team color image with a transparent blp fool

Actually you CAN remove team color through Alpha Channel editing (by covering it up). The only thing you cant do is add it to an area it doesn't exist on the model (through alpha editing I mean) or try and make that area transparent (without mdl editing).

I hope this helps someone.

It's good, but it could be better. Here are some tips (for all skinners, not you in particular).

When you recolour something, and you want it green, try colouring it with different shades of green that are pretty similar, but not the same. It gives a very lively effect.

I think this skin could use some more contrast, that's easily done by copying your drawed layer to a greyscale layer, then copy it back to your coloured skin, set the blending mode to overlay and the opacity on 40% - 60%. You'll see how much it improves! :D
