The right one looks like a mirror image...notice where the claws are...

Does it matter? Its just it with lighting on it. It's been flipped, yes, but who cares... and yes, the second one is just a darker outline.

Should I remove the alpha team colours?

I, sadly, don't see what you changed, i geuss i'm a idiot for not noticing, but can you tell meemote_confused

Compare it to an ordinary shaman and you will notice. It has a completely new texture. In fact, nothing remains of the original shaman except for the skin and claws :P
