I know this is off the topic but while I'm at it. Since you made your terrain with UMSWE you should know. I made big churches in my map and then I implemented the files (the ones they tell you to implement in the read me). I tried doing it with the auto implement AND i did it manually. The curches still turn out small. I did not open the map with the WE or the UMSWE once I implemented the files. Please help.

You can't get the doodad to be bigger than 120%. The UMSWE makes it look like it's 1000% sometimes, but War3 resets it.

The best way to proceed here is to make you doodad a unit. You select the model and put it in the Unit Editor, then change the unit's scale.
