it looks nice, but i think that's a lot CnP. grom's face, thrall's armor, ....try to be more creative and draw the things yourself. |

The face is a mix of the far seer, grom, and thrall, actually... and yes the armour is thralls... PS - do you know how to get rid of team colours? |

Tapek, to get rid of team colors (Given you use PSP) go to masks, Load alpha channel, Now load the alpha mask from the skin, Go back to masks, and select EDIT, now, click the eraser button, Right click to get rid of the mask, and brush it away as you would anything else, Lastly, Save back over the origanal alpha channels to complete this process, not doing so will leave the alpha channels there. As for your skin, It is not very great, nor creative, copy and pasting is a weak method to make your skins, At the very least you should of recolored it instead of c'n'p-ing, and given such build it dosen't look very Orcish. |

Alright. First of all, I don't think "Copy and Pasting" is the correct term to use seeing as the "Copy" and "paste" function are not used once. I would call it "Clone Brushing" Secondly, the face is not a straight clone off anyone, it is a mixture of Far Seer, Grom, and Hellscream. And I don't know how good your skinning tutorial is, to the pokemon guy, but I can not, and will not, draw an orc face from scratch. The armor, I admit, should not have been copied from Thrall. You guys should say this, without screaming at me. Calm down. I'm not Hitler because I used Thrall's armor. I'm just trying to skin something. Lighten up. Zepjon, thankyou for telling me how to remove the team colours. Now, to demonstrate exactly why I use the clone brush tool, I will show you what it looks like when I do not clone it from other skins armor: (Except for the chest, which as above I am not drawing from scratch) ![]() That is why I used Thrall's armor. Maybe I can't skin as well you critisizers can. But I'm not entering any competition and I'm not saying I'm the greatest. And, no matter what you say, I am not drawing an orc face from scratch. It is much too difficult. I repeat, calm the hell down, its just a skin. Also, please remember that it is WIP, and not a finished product. |

I updated it again... I just overwrited the old file, so its in my previous reply. Costume is hand drawn, skin was cloned and face was melded from other faces put together. Oh and, here's the head: ![]() |

I'd never thought that the Priest's face could look orcish, so good job on that. BTW, for the idiots on b.net it doesn't matter if you c'n'p or not, 'cause they won't notice. But if you want the respect of other skinners, don't c 'n p, and make your own :D . |

That is why I did redo it with my own drawings. (Except the skin, which I'm not drawing, and the face is not a straight copy it is a melding of 3 or 4 faces from different orcs) |

The face wasn't really the bad part, it's just that Thrall's armor has become known as the Noob skin change. "Hey look at my skin, it's an armored ___!" We get that alot, since the very first weeks of the site lol. I like the face actually, although the hair needs to be less white and more gray. Also, make the beard seperate from the hair. And for the others, I consider CnP to be 100% unchanged. If someone takes parts from a skin and then modifies them and merges them together into a totally unique skin, then that is not just CnP. The term I give that is "Modifying Existing Skins" which is something I do alot, esspecially for faces. PS: The dude's outfit aint great really. I would take Archimonde's upper body as a base and work from there. -Insaniteus- |
