Using triggers to change the upkeep

I've been messing more with the slk and script files. I really don't know how to use triggers. Could some one who knows write a quick tutorial on how you would permanently change both the upkeep rate (40-70 psi) and the amount of gold that is taxed. I don't think it's possible to change anywhere alse except with the use of triggers.

Upon starting the map I'm guessing you would add an action for each player that was a player-set property on the 'gold upkeep rate'. I'm still not sure how to change how much gold is taxed in each bracket.

Why in the hell didn't Blizzard just add this crap somewhere in some j or slk file?!?! grr.

all with the trigger: player - set property
maybe you will need the advanced world editor but that's 1 of the sticky topics here
