New Cinematic

This is my first post here as a member. I kind of feel intimidated by all the excellent cinematic makers here and i hope that my recently completed movie and future cinematics will get some good feedback. Well anyways my cinematic is about 7 megabytes here and i have been trying to get it posted on other websites such as warcraftiii.net and warcraft.org but have not had much success do to error messages. Is my map too large, or, i am using a Mac OS X, would that be a problem? I have already converted the file into zip format. Also i was wondering what other map sites are out there that i could submit my cinematic to.
COTN really inspired me to create cinematics. This would be my 4-5th cinematic though i have learned much with the earlier few and by looking at COTN. At first The Final Hour was supposed to be only around 2-3 minutes long but gradually evolved during the creation process to around 10 minutes. The conflict is basic: a city under seige, with clear set good vs evil. When i do get my map online i will post a link here.

Please do not post 2 threads for the same thing, although I,m pretty sure this wasn't done by purpose

The file might be too big, that can be a real bitch, trust me lol. Attachments here are limited to 500K, and the download section has a limit of 2 Mb last I checked. If you have MP3s in the file, that pretty much damns you.

If the map is too big, ask somebody to host it for you and Email it to them or send via AIM or something. Before you ask, I can't help ya, but there are others like Nuladion here that can.

PS: I wonder why you have 0 posts atm, does Daemonkiller editing your stuff lower your post count??

The zip file is 7.2 megabytes due to the mp3s in it. Also thanks ahead of time for the help. I do not have AIM working presently but i can email the file to you, Nuladion. I might try to get some screenshots up this afternoon.

I got about 20 MB left on my site, so I can host your file.

I also hosted Blackheart66's 'A Very Warcraft Easter', I gave him my FTP program and my username+password for my site so he could upload it. But that gave some problems and it took VERY long before we actually had it working and ready for dowload! So I wouldnt like to do this again...

My email account doesnt support such great attachments so we'de have to think of something else!

PS: I dont know if I can host your file for a long time, cause I'd like to upload some files myself. Not that I remove it within a few days, but I don't think I'll keep it for months. Maybe I take another account just for hosting all of the files evreyone creates here at wc3campaigns.com :ggani:

btw: I mailed and PMed FyreDaug for an account on his carkcresent server, but he doesnt respond emote_confused If he would give me an acocunt, I could host as many files as you want... I'll mail him again in some days and let us all hope he responds!

Can you give us a bit of information? Is this funny or serious actiony? What's it about? Not too much, don't spoil it.

The Final Hour is about a city under seige by orcs. The only person able to defend the city hasfallen into the mind tricks used by the evil sorcerer Algammon to make him despair. I think my movie is passable for a beginning in cinematics, the script could be better, the spfx could have more variety, lags really bad on a slower comp, and the cameras need some work. Here is a screenshot from the cinematic:

If anyone would like for me to attach my map without music (which will be considerably smaller) please tell me.
I have begun the planning stages of a sequel which hopefully will be much better.

It's got to lag REALLY bad on slow cpus hehe, try and give more close-up shots of it all.
