its too bad blizzard didnt include better city doodads. It seems like its really hard to make a city that doesn't have the same feel as all the others. =( |

Well, as you said it's flat and only 40% done. There were some neat ideas and overall, it looks promising. The only suggestion I would make is to add a little more greenery inside the city. Other than that, keep it up. I'll attach a screen shot of one of my towns (well, part of it) to give you some ideas.
