I have come very close with 1.2 to finishing up Norbo's War. The old information thread I had got deleted with that last crash style thingy, so I'll give those who don't know a quick rundown. It's like WW3, except far more polished and (to some people's dismay) far more complicated. The terrain, most say, is better than the ww3 series.. even though it doesn't adhere to the globe by any means. I have excessive amounts of triggers and features that haven't ever really been done before (that I have seen). Overall, Diplomacy + Civilization (the game) + WW3 + Shoe polish = Norbo's War Hopefully with 1.3, I'll be able to say it's ready for official release. I'll put the map in this thread as soon as it's reached a level of goodness I'm happy with.. ________________ Quote from a player: "hey red" "Yee?" If I had any, lol- next game I'll try to remember to take some.. Here's another quote: "ITS THE BEST GAME EVER" That was torwards the end of the game, from the guy being destroyed by me and my ally. The only negative comment, sort of, so far is "Needs more tanks, these things rox." or.. "I want missles" |
