omg, isnt that funny. I actually had this same problem when i started. Well, first off, you gotta convert it to a .tga. Converting to anything else removes the alpha file. Second, use a program that can edit alpha files, or atleast view them. |

Hmmm, fine - I used Wc3 Image Extractor II to convert the blp to a tga. Then I load it in Photoshop 7.0. After changing some hair colours I saved as tga 32bit. And after I load the tga again in the Image Extractor. When I converted to blp a get the prog does it - but when I want to view it again I get that message: IJL-Error on decode: No frame For any comments and help thanks! emote_confused |

Ive had this same problem too when i worked on my first skin. Check and see if your tga has paint on it where its not supposed to. |

Hmmm, I wrote first try in skinning - not first skin - that's a small difference. Also I didn't write that the skin is finished ... it needs much further work ... |
