Image extractor problem

I have a problem with the image extractor tool, when i export a *.tga file to a *.blp file with it and open the *.blp file again, it gives me an error message "ijl error: no frame". What is this?
I'am running win2k.

I fixed the problem myself.
I noticed that mpq files must be open while exporting a skin.

Nice to see you've found a workaround, but I'll look into it nevertheless =)
