Here it is. .. from the maker of Norbo's Shared Bases, and numerous other maps.. comes.. Norbo's War! It is a hybrid, so to speak, between civilization, ww3, and diplomacy-- but better. Roughly 60/65 people have loved it. A few notes: Whenever you do "Ally XX Player" be sure to do it exactly. It is caps sensitive. There is a VERY long learning curve to the game. Be prepared to be confused. Civilian buildings, except for hospitals and civilian shops, affect your income. All military units take money away at different rates. Listen to the hints, they can help a lot-- especially the ones about joop and riboflavin. Known bugs: Some very hard to squish bugs run around randomly, causing strange things to happen. If you encounter your income fluctuating randomly and seemingly incorrectly, take a note of how many buildings you have and what type they are. I could use that information to, if even possible, kill the bug. Another one is the "worker refusing to build" bug. Very rarely, a worker simply will be unable to build anything. I have no clue why this happens, and you can simply use another one-- but if you encounter it, it would be of great use to me if you could remember the origin of that unit. (from the beginning of the game, or made later) Have fun, and tell me anything strange/bad you find. I want to make this map perfect. |

When I downloaded the file it got a file called "attachment" with no extension. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I just add a w3m extension or can you reattach? The map sounds great and I'm looking forward to playing it :) SheepOfDoom |

Methinks I'll keep their 70 heal the same.. for now. Due to the fast pace of battle and the weakness of their armor, it all works out in the end.. ANYWAY.. Let's get some more playtesters! 9 Downloads? phaugh! |

Do what Kattana said. Give it a .w3m ending, and some other name than attachment.. Like............ Norbo's War v1.6.w3m Then you'll be able to use it as long as its in your maps folder for WC3. |
