Computer AI?

I'm making a map where the scourge, assisted by a few of the powerful demons, goes up against a united force of the elves, orcs and humans.. For a start I simply have the scourge up against a computer human race... however the humans simply build a few buildings, make 4 footman and mine for eternity. They don't attack or anything? I gave them a few heroes to start with. Is there a way to make the computer incredibly aggressive and a hell of a lot smarter? I downloaded some peoples AI scripts but do not know how to incorporate them into the game or even if thats the right solution? Are there any single player vs computer maps out there that I can look at?

Thank you for your time

Seems like the Ai system is one of the major problem of this new editor.

I'm considering the idea to compensate it by using triggers, such as: "spawn every 10 second a unit in enemybase and send it to playerbase". that should work

You are on the right track with triggers, but I would do this.

Firstly I would make sure the meelee script for the AI is set in the initilaization.

The I would go to the allies tab and make sure the forces are separated and the priorities are set to high.

You can also make some triggers to build units or group of units, or structures if the your unit count is so many or your guys have over 50% health.

You can also create more monsters or tell the comp to add more units to an attack group as the human player crosses into deeper regions of the map.
