He used Zepir's editor which can be found in the download section this site. |

UMSE also has the proper edited files to allow high terrain in the maps, Zep's is good for the path painting, its easier to do the terrain in an enhanced WE www.umsmaps.com for UMSE |

I looked in the downloads area, where is Zepir's editor, is it called Zepir's editor or is Zepir just the guy who made it? |

To make steep hills? Make a folder in your warcraft 3 dir called " UI " and put this file in there. You can make all your maps like that in regular WE. |

Actullay, you can do that in UmsWe 3.6, to the best of my knowledge, which is very limited considered by other forumers:yup: |

Just for a bit of future reference: DeamonKillar never uses Zepir's Editor. Also Zepir is the guy who made it, the actual name for the editor is along the lines of W3zmapedt beta v.8 - which is a pretty hidious name so everyone just calls it 'Zepirs' :). And yeah, the slope max change was added in to UMSWE in version 3.6 after it suddenly became the flavour of the month in here, but as FyreDaug mentioned it's pretty darn-tootin' easy to set up yourself. ~kharma |

Zep's is useful for quite a few things, dont get it wrong. But terrain, doodads, programing, is all much easier in the standard WE. with Zep's you can paint your own pathing, easily edit map properties on maps larger than 192x192, bypass the 12 space limit of textures and actualy get 12 full textures regardless of thier size. increase a map above 192x192. and other things. Its a very useful tool |

can you bypass the 12 space limit and then open the file in WE or UMSWE and retain those added tiles |
