The forums are getting a bit ugly -- there has been too many flames, spam, flood. I ask everyone of you to please act properly when posting and starting a new thread. Do NOT post unnecessary threads/posts Do NOT start a flame against a user Lastly.. BE NICE! And for all of the users, I have seen a lot of people occupying the whole screen with signatures/avatars! Not only that, I have also seen disgusting/offensive signatures/avatars. Please make changes in your profile, for all those of you who had offensive/large signatures -- your signature/avatar has been replaced with a warning message, please tone it down. These are the regulations for Signatures: (Courtesy of Electromancer) 1. 20 point system 2. A line of text, about 15-20 letters, is 2 points. Each line, even if you didnt use all your letters, is 2 points. Basicly, 2 points for each line. 15-20 letters is a aproximation of the length of a line of text, since some use larger screens than 800x600. 3. Small sigs (smily sized) are 2 points. If it is a smily, it still is worth 2 points. Dont think you can use a huge smily, it will be counted as the closest item size. 4. Medium sigs (about the size of the award sigs) are worth 5 points. Award sigs (from the contest) are only worth 3 points. This is to let some people keep all their rewards. If you have 7 or more awards, they all count as 18 points, allowing for one line of text. 5. Large sigs (about the size of an average sig) is worth 16 points. This allows for 2 lines of text. 6. A space is worth 2 points, as if it was a line of text. This doesnt mean normal spaces, i mean skipping a line. 7. Use of masses of annoying smilies is forbiden. We dont need 100 solid gun smily sigs. Please, be creative, not a copycat. Any questions can be entertained |

okey dokey! O wait this is spam. Let's add some more stuff. Well, I agree with the no flaming stuff, but on the sig, thing, if you want smaller sigs, make the text box smaller. |

The Sig system is to get rid of huge annoying signatures, Not everyone wants 1/3 of thier screen filled up to see your picture. |

Looking at the above rules and comparing them to my behaviour (never spam, never flame, never post unnecesary threads\posts except for this one :), am nice to everyone, use the sig points properly and if my demon avatar isn't offensive or dusgusting to anyone) I have just realised that I am a model person at Wc3Campaigns. YIPEE! With no offense meant to anyone Martinez |

damnit, my sig wasn't big! The large sigs should have lower point cost. 12 points. Dude, 3dguy's sig is larger. He should consider his own first. |

There should also be a Line limit, Like say, at the most, you could take say 12 or so lines, any more would be counted as too large. |

your sig is actually bigger than mine.... tone it down a bit *please* thanks... |
| 04-06-2003, 04:04 PM | #9 |
There, it's much shorter now. |

I still think my sig system would have worked better... |
