Can Someone put this in the game for me as im trying to but it won't let me. And when you do could someone tell me a step by step procedure of how they did it. And don't leave even the smallest details out cause ive followed the tutorials for WinMPQ to the T and it doesn't work. Much thanks already

First use Wc3-Image-Extractor II and convert the tga to blp.
We use the standard 75% compression.
Now we have a jedi2.blp

Next step: We open WorldEditor. Now we create a unit that uses the MaleVillager Model One. If we have done that we place the unit on the map - depends where we want it.

Next we save our map and close the World Editor. Then we open our map with WinMpq. Now we push the add button and search for the directory where we place our jedi2.blp. Then we click on it - now the program asks us, if we want a special path. It's only one file so we say no at the moment.

Now we see a jedi2.blp file in our .w3m file. We click on it and use the rename command.

We rename it that way: Units\Critters\VillagerMan\VillagerMale.blp

After we close WinMpq. Now we can open our map in WorldEdit our play it.
