LOTR - Campaign

I am making a LOTR campagin which will be maps mostly having to do with major battles from the third book, since that where most battles take place. The first battle I am going to be doing is The Battle Of Pelennor Fields. That is the main battle between Gondor and Mordor. The map will consist of the battle of Minis Tirith, Osragath, and Gondor's counter attack into Mordor. I am going to mostly need a few skinner and one modelers because I can take care of the terraining and triggers easily by myself. So far I have one person who is skinning for the map. I will update the character list and what I have and what I need as it happens. I would pefer if you had a knowledge of what LOTR is.

The JPG below is a picture of what on Middle Earth will be on the map. Circled part it the whole map. Black dot near the top of the black line is Minis Tirith, and the other dot is Osragath, and Mordor is the place across the Great River.

I am still in need of people to help me with the map. I would like the skins to be done around the same time of the map so they can be published in the beta version. So far the map percentages look like this:
Terrain: 100%
Unit Stats: 95%
Triggers: 65%

As you can see, the map will be finished some what soon, so skinner are needed very badly at the moment. Thank You.

SaX, I don't normally do this kind of thing, but it doesn't look like you're asking for a whole lot, so why don't you lay out what particularly you want for some of these skins?

2. Rohan Rider - a re-skinned knight?
3. Nazugal (black rider) - another reskinned knight?
4. Gondor Warrior Melee - what sort of melee? Footman-style?
5. Gondor Warrior Ranged - ranged? axe, bow, spear?
8. Southern Rider (Sauron's Ally) - yet another reskinned knight?
9. Warg Rider - probably a modified chaos orc raider
13. Gandalf White Cloak - reskinned Medivh or priest
14. Gandalf Brownish Coat - can't you just use the Medivh skin or the human mage skin?
15. Faramir - probably something Arthas or Uther-esque, I'm betting

Spit out some details for what you had in mind for a few of these and I'll see if I maybe can't whip something up for you to use.

Well, skinning's what you wanted and skinning's what you got.
Here's the little tyke, Gandalf with white, based off your picture and the Medivh skin.

Put GandalfWhite.blp in your Textures\ directory and the other files wherever you want to refer to them.

I'm not sure you're going to be able to just reskin a bow-person for a male ranged unit. Take a look around the modelling gallery; a couple of male archer models have been floating about.

Do you really need to reskin the knight for a rider of Rohan? It's pretty close as it is, and little celtic knotwork details aren't going to show up at game distance.

Wasn't sure if you wanted buttons to go along with the models. Didn't take long to whip it up, anyway.

Put BTNGandalfWhite.blp in your ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\ directory and DISBTNGandalfWhite.blp in your ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\ directory. Then refer to the first one in UMSWE.

I need the rohan riders reskinned because im using the normal knight for a different unit.
