Which files are implant-friendly on b-net?

The gist of my understanding, is that there are files that can be implanted, files that always cause desynchs when implanted, and worst of all, files that, when implanted, cause desyncs in the *next* game an unsuspecting player plays after playing your map.

Though I've seen a lot of information about this, some of it seems contradictory, and/or outdated (since some of this stuff seems to have changed from patch to patch). Right this second, I'm very curious to know if splat and shadow blp's, ubersplat.slk, and unitui.slk are "friendly" files. In general, though, if somebody has the knowledge, I'd love to see all of this information in one place.

i am not sure of a full list but i have gotten these files to work:

doodads.slk (for scaling and rotation of some doodads)
UpgradeData.slk
AbilityData.slk
(race)UpgradeStrings.txt
(race)UpgradeFunc.txt
(race)AbilityStrings.txt
(race)AbilityFunc.txt
ItemAbilityFunc.txt
ItemAbilityStrings.txt

Just messing around, replacing blp's in the w3m with new files using the same path and filename, same with sounds and models.
