Wc3 Image Ex2: run-time error message

Hi,
today I was trying to built my own model. I followed Warcraft III Custom Skin/Model Tutorial by Cookie step by step.

But when I wanted to save my image as Witchdoctor.blp in its corresponding directory (step 3.4, very end) with the Wc3 Image Extractor 2, it gave me this error message:

Run-time error '53':
File not found: ijl15.dll

I hope somebody can help me with this little problem because I'm just getting started on this and I really don´t know what to do.

Just copy ijl15.dll from your warcraft3 folder to the Wc3 Image Extractor folder.

Ever tried pressing F1 or reading the helpme.txt file??
