Editing items in shops during a game?

Has anybody found a way to alter the items that can be purchased in shops (availability) DURING a game?

I don't think so, you could just create multiple shops and replace them. I haven't seen a way to do this, I haven't really looked either, but I don't think it's possible.

yea i didnt wanna resort to replacing shops since im using 3-4 shops as "abilities" and i wanted to make it, you need to find a book or another mage to teach you the spell. perhaps i can just make 48 shops and every X levels replace it with the next spell in sequence...

You can always have a bunch of items and change their availibility.

Can you do that?
