A tiny, tiny problem.

This is a quite recent problem, a while ago it did work perfectly.

I come up with an idea for a skin, and I open Wc Image Extractor 2. So I choose Open -> Archive (MPQ), but it then says no images could be found! And it was the same for War3Patch.mpq! I have to go to my backup file and extract from there, but I don't know how long it will be until the same error comes up for those files as well....

What is happening? 0_o

Either your war3.mpq file was corrupted or you did something wrong. The reasons for the corruption can be modifying (this reason is more likely if you are a noob), computer crashes and so on. If everything is normal and if you don't make something weird it should not happen again.

You got that right! :D

I guess I'll have to make a backup of my Wc3.mpq backup and replace the original Wc3.mpq with the old backup.

And another question, prolly should be in the modelling forum, but I post it anyway, do you have to import both the mdx and mdl or just one of them?

Only the MDX.
