I want to make a map of custom spells, and eventually found a guide on this site by Sid67. Anyway, when I stick the spells in a folder named Units in my Warcraft III directory, and go into the WE, all the hero spells are replaced by ______ or ___ ____ or ect. Except one, the one I made. Note that in the game itself, all the spells work fine, of course except the one I made, for it is only Sammy's head, and the spell doesn't show up if you take it for a skill. Help? |

It would be helpful if you post the files (compressed as a ZIP or RAR)? A more exact description of what you did would also be good! |

I will test tht, but I think it's because of your strange comments. I suggest to use a more accurate language. What you used was slang! Maybe the quotation marks mixed it up. I would appreciate it if you send the files by email (compressed as RAR or ZIP if possible). |

I was able to do you spell by replacing Bladestorm with it. Anyway, when I wanted to make a new spell (copied Bladestorm and edited it), it didn't work in the game. After learning the ability I lost one ability point, but it wasn't there, but it was yet displayed in the research screen. I think that I've already heard of such a problem. If there is someone who remembers the thread, please drop me line where it is. BTW, if you want to I can give you my map. |

YES! That's exactly what happened! Save one thing. When I replaced Bladestorm, the same thing as if I hadn't happened. Why does god torment me? Damn him.... |

Just a question: Which language version of Warcraft III do you own? |

I'd be lying if I didn't say English. |

I can't help you anymore. I already said that the spell will be screwed if you make a new one. Sorry, but ask someone else. |
