known problems:
=== critical problems ===
- The Icecrow, Outlands and Citadel tileset doesn't work (can't be fixed because there are no data of these tilesets in the mpqs right now)
- naga seawitch is not in the unit editor

=== not critical problems ===
- test map does not work
- it doesn't say "WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne Beta World Editor"
- more missing string errors
- unit editor is called "WESTRING_MOUDLE_UNIT"
- the Items folder in the unit editor is called "WESTRING_UE_ITEMS"
- help -> about doesn't work

im updating to 309 right now, hopefully i can have the updated version up by tommorrow night
