dl link 4 the MOD dosn't work

I am afraid i can't seem to download this MOD coz the link in "downloads" dosn't work. May i plz have a link to somwhere where i can dl it.

Well i actually ment the link on THIS site but either way i would rather smash my head into my computer screen ever morning and night than try to dl somthing from file planet. Yeah and thats gotta hurt. I can't get stuff of that site coz i don't have an account, i made one once, it was exepted then it said i couldn't dl without an account. Also i am never shore what i am dling coz there are so many adds and somtimes i find myself clicking on a link that leads to somthing that has nothing to do with the dl. In conclusion i think gamespy and fileplanet kinda reek.

www.wcgalaxy.com or if you can'tt find it there, search for New Race Mod 3.0 or 3.1 on google. you'll find plenty
