Need a few ideas...

I'm about to finish a map I am working on, but I still need at least one spell idea for each class. I asked this once before when I first started on the map, and got few replys, but I thought I would try again. All the spells will be done completely by triggers, but I can also do them by custom spells. I also don't want any "God-Like" spells (I will accept summons, if you give me the damage, HP, and MP [all summons must have at least 1 ability]). Anyway, here are the classes:

Ice
Fire
Holy
Earth
Undead
Possession (Mind Control) (need this one the most)
Nature or Stealth (depends on how many ideas I get for each)
Air

If you need the mana cost for the spell, or one of the current spells to get any idea, just ask, (there are 12 levels of spells).

BTW, this IS multiplayer right?

-=Mind Control=-

-Summon Essence of Mind-
-A wisp or sumthing that has possession ability, possibly edited possetion for your own added touch

-Mental Domination-
-Puts target unit into a state of unconciousness(Sleep maybe a stun spell or something)

-Second Thoughts-
-Causes target to ignore all commands, and walk away from the caster

-=Ice=-

-Pnuemonia-
-Deals a small ammount of damage, and does that Ice slow thing for a long time(I suggest editing frost Nova)

-Cold Storage-
-Freezes target in a prison of Ice, Target can not be hurt while frozen.

-Summon Ice Golem-
-Has (An edited) Frost armor
-Does cold damage

-=Fire=-

-Spark-
-Creates a fire that damages everything that touches it.(Forever, or a LONG time)

-Ignite-
-Causes target to burst into flames (Damage)

-Call Fire-
-Shoots a fireball at the enemy stunning him for 3 seconds, and then drops a flaming meteor on him stunning him for another 3 seconds, or maybe just one long 6 Sec stun?

-=Holy=-

-Holy Light-
-Keep it pretty much the same

-Angel Fire-
-Target is lit with an eternal blue flame. The target is only damaged for a few seconds, but the flame burns forever.

-Call Angel-
-An Angel decends for a short period of time
-Casts a lesser Holy Light
-Casts a one wave starfall

-=Earth=-

-Rock Blast-
-Throws a rock at target stunning target for 5 seconds, maybe longer

-Rock prison-
-Creates a circle of destructible rocks around target

-Rock Golem-
-Summons a rock golem
-Casts a warstomp type spell
-Can hurl itself at an enemy(Like rock blast) but
dies in the process

-=Undead=-

-Bone Harvest-
-Kills target nonhero removing its skeleton, turning it into a giant blob(That dungeon thing the ooze thingy), and creating a giant skeleton for the caster

-Raise Skeleton-
-Raises a single skeleton from a corpse
-Has recycle the skeleton dies and becomes a corpse
-Has A weak death coil

-Reanimate-
-Brings one target unit back to life(Expensive!)

-=Air=-

-Breathe of Fresh Air=-
-Freezes caster for a short tiem to breathe, but fully restores the casters health, while depleting his/her mana

-Gust-
-Blows target backwards, a little at a time over a short period of time

-Summon Cyclone-
-Casts Cyclone, pretty much the current one

-=Nature=-

-Entangle-
-The current one pretty much

-Summon Treant-
-Same deal

-Call birds-
-Summons a swarm of weak birds with no abilities

-=Stealth=-

-Sneak-
-Wind Walk without speed bonus

-Capture-
-Like ensnare(With the net)

-Backstab-
-(If within Range) Teleports assassin guy to behind target, and deals a % of damage, not a set amount

You made MageQuest for Starcraft!?!?!? That was the 1 with the I think it was 5 mages, and they each got 8 lvls of spells? Or was it 10? And u had to free the critters!? If that was you, I love u and I cant wait to see yur War3 version!

I do believe there was someone who stole and edited one of my StarCraft versions. The original, MageQuest, or originally titled "Quest for the Magi", had 6 heros (+1 Secret hero), and was a story of "4" mages (although you can slelect 6, only 4 people can play), searching for the "Greatest of all Mages", but instead run into his minions on the way. Each map ends with you fighting one of this enslaved Mages. But acording to the story none of the mages get any real spells until MageQuest III (MQ3), where they get only 4 spells (unless you find the secret hero), and just to let you know, MQ3 is the best of the 3 for StarCraft.

Anyway, you can go to my home page and download MageQuest IV 1.00.03 for WarCraft III, along with the original versions for StarCraft. And even though this was the FIRST map I ever made for WarCraft III, starting it the day Wc3 came out, I still consider it my best map yet, even my current project MageWar is nothing compared to MageQuest. Just as a side note, MQ4 starts with the final battle in MQ3

But now that you brought up that map again, I am going to fix the few minor spells bugs and touch up on the story-text and spelling, and change all the custom-trigger spells to actual custom spells. And it will give you some time to catch-up on your MageWar, snece I am now 90% complete!

Dead-Inside
-=Possession=-

-Mind Freeze-
- Take over the unit for a limited time, but unit is frozen over the time it is in your possession.

-Mind Twirl-
- Hurt the tageted unit and make it attack one of their own nearby units 1 time

-Confuse-
- Works like stun but for 17 sec, does not work on heros

-=Stealth=-

-Shadow Boots-
- Makes the units move incredibly fast over 5 sec. (10x movement speed). Making it next to impossible to attack the unit.

-Back flash (or other name)-
- Teleport the unit somewhere in the visable area around the hero. Good if you get trapped or want to get behind the enemy in general. (This would be an instant teleport to a targetted area in the heros Sight range)

-Steel Copies-
- Created 25 copies around the hero, all with 1 hp eatch, but look like the real one. (I don't know where "stealth" comes in here though)

Side note: Confuse targets ONE unit... A selected unit in range of hero*

you know what ability I have never seen.

two guys fighting after getting drunk , one knocks the other to the ground leaving him unconcious. in a few minutes the other guy gets up shaking and confused

if you could make an ability like that lol , it would be cool


call it the drunken punch :)
