How do you edit spells

I've tried but can't get it to work.

How do you Edit Spell Using excell?

fortunately I am here. I couldnt find a good tutorial on it but I have already taught myself. First of all, you need more than excel to make new spells. Let me know if you want the info on how to do this.

To edit spells using excel is very hard. So i suggest getting a spell editor. The one that I use is called war3spelled12 and there is a link sumwhere in this forum.

Anyway, open up abilitydata.slk with it and edit away.

I don't know how to use them I can make new ones but I can't use them. Eiter it crashes my game or it will just have normal spells.

In both cases you are doing something wrong (obviously). It would help if you post your files here (please ZIP or RAR them, otherwise the filsize would be a pain in the ***).
