Guest | Hey guys - I'm here to bring you a proposition. Several Lord of the Rings maps have been made for battle net - most of them simply themed and rightfully so. To do the epic tale justice, one would need committed skinners, modellers, and story weavers, in other words, something everyone doesn't have. I am part of the S D Maps mapping team, and I bring you all an invitation. If you have modelling/skinning experience, and would be interested in a LOTR map or SERIES of maps (one for each of the 3 parts), they please post here. OF SIGNIFICANT INTEREST ASIDE FROM THE LOTR PROJECT: 1. I am interested in either a new, or existing SUPERHERO mod - possibly Batman, Superman, whoever - we can make a new superhero with random city violence that you may choose to ignore or respond to, altering the coruse of your path... 2. We are also in the early stages of an online map that would see players starting out as a low level gangster, and you would be able to buy properties, participate in scripted events, buy and upgrade your own cars, etc etc etc.. Think of it as a good, WAY MORE COMPLICATED "real life" with much more to do, and an incredibly large city to participate in. Thanx for any interest! |
