Perhaps we ought to sticky this? It's not like there aren't already a million posts stickied, so what's one more? Sad to say, few people seem to read the faq, judging by the endless stream of identical questions asked in here, and we're only encouraging it by not having a policy of answering easy questions with "read the faq".

Can't the file be uploaded into the Downloads section? Wouldn't that be a better way? Many users probably sought the file there, only to find it left out of the section. After trying the dead umsmaps.com, it's only natural that they would ask, especially when they are new here.
