their nice, but for northern warriors, they usally wear more animal fur\skins then armor, and their skin should be darker, like a olive color

I am currently working on a project called Pawn of Darkness, the first mission is almost rdy and would be if my VA would hurry up. either way i attempted to make orcs wit fur coats as i thought (my campaign being based in Northrend) that bare chests would look stupid! If you could possibly, can you make more of these skins, i'll show u mine if u like (they wern't good). But make especially snow taurean and snow wyvern and furry kodo.

grunt lookst really bad with that big red, shoulder pad. u should remove it and then go back over it with that fur. and the peon also, remove the team color and add fur over it.

yeah I know what you mean, but the thing is, my inspiration for those units faded away. Since i'm not doing this for any purpose I can care less about finishing it or making it perfect. But maybe tomorow i will feel differently.

Well if you feel right to do it tomorrow then you could try to vary a bit on the clothes adding some belts and some leather parts, then it'll looks really good! And fix up the peon, because i don't think that with arms and legs uncovered he won't feel the coldness, right?

Give it .. More, Kind of like what KDE wolf said, It just looks like your copying your same fur texture over and over on each, Give them different things possibly to give them more of a northern or mountainish look.i like the blademaster, But the chest looks kind of weird.
