Graphics utility problem

Guest	When i start Wc3 Image Extractor i get a very strange message. system error &H8007007E(-2147024770). The module specified cannot bee found please oh please help. The program worked once, the first time and this was the utility i was waiting for. please help

BlacKDicK	Make sure that storm.dll and ijl15.dll are on the same folder of the image extractor. You can find those 2 files on the war3 dir.

Grubby.Peon	In the readme it says to put the DLL files in the directory Done that Download and install VB run files DONE that still get same error as people stated about I'm running warcraft 1.04 on windows xp is this an xp only error?
