Wc3 Map Utilities help (w3mutil_eng.exe)

How come every time I open the updator, it downloads the files then gets an error saying it couldn't download them and i need to check my connection and retry? My connection is fine.

I suggest to not use the update function. Download the full program!

how do you do that? I downloaded the file on Wc3campaigns, is there any other place?

As DaemonKillar just said at WC3Campaigns. I don't know if they update it (don't think so).

Anyway, his link doesn't work. He said tht 2.19 is the latest version.
