I probably sound stupid for asking this, but my .mpq didnt come with a description of how to attach your files to a map to play it online. I have done all the spell editing (thx again to redscull's editor) and given the units the custom spells i want but their tooltips in the game are missing, and I'm pretty sure its because I'm not attaching the files...so...

HoW dO i AtTaCh ThEm?¿?

If you were able to attach (I'd rather call it implement) the other spell files, you should also be able to implement the files needed for the tooltips. The files that contain the tooltips are named <race>abilitystring.txt, where <race> can be "Orc", "Human", "Undead", "Nightelf" or "Neutral". You have to add these files as well (only those, which have been edited, not all). They have to be in the folder "Units". Inside the MPQ/map.
If you use WinMPQ, just drag and drop them to the map and in the popping up window you have to write "Units\" (without the quotes).

Ah, thanks!

After looking at the post, I realized the last time I tried to implement the spells i forgot to get some .txt files out of the MPQ, so that probably was the problem, so there was actually no need for me to post this :bgrun:

Just as long as I can get it to work online, It's OK with me

If he has modified them. If they are the same like before (without changes) there is no need of implementing them.

Thanks, I was wondering why I wasn't seeing the item abilities in the spell editor
