the portait still needs to be remodel thats why the face doesnt look as good as it is on the model itself

Very cool, the face really looks great. You could make slight color variations (use a low opacity and hardness brush) on all the skin.
And uh.. i don't think it's a good idea to post the tga here... since it's for a project, well you know what are you doing (or at least i think so).

I actually dont like the face, looks like u just put on dissolve and covered the whole face half dotted black, the rest looks really good though. I'd make the symbol on the cape shaded or have detail, rather than just plain black.
