Maybe clarify a bit better what it is that is messing you up. I use that program, and it is extremely simple to use, so if you just post your problem, you should have help in no time.
*I* bet he needs help with extracting or embedding the various files. I get a lot of people needing help embedding and that's not actually anything to do with the editor.
