Wc3 Sound Extractor?

is there one already or am i missing something. A sound extracter like the one they had for StarCraft where you could listen to each sound the units made, it was called the sound utility, is their one for wc3 yet? If not, someone should make one.

You can listen to all the game's sounds inside the Map Editor.
