You probably have the right model name, but you forgot to remove the .mdx part. Make sure you did that, if not I'll try to help more. Edit- And there isn't a broken column under the village fall structures doodad section. Edit2- The only broken columns are in felwood, ashenvale, and northrend. Which one? Doodads\Ashenvale\Structures\AshenBrokenColumn\AshenBrokenColumn0.mdx Doodads\Ashenvale\Structures\AshenBrokenColumn\AshenBrokenColumn1.mdx Doodads\Felwood\Structures\FelwoodBrokenColumn\FelwoodBrokenColumn0.mdx Doodads\Felwood\Structures\FelwoodBrokenColumn\FelwoodBrokenColumn1.mdx Doodads\Northrend\Props\NorthrendBrokenColumn\NorthrendBrokenColumn0.mdx Doodads\Northrend\Props\NorthrendBrokenColumn\NorthrendBrokenColumn1.mdx |

What happens when you try to use a model that uses different variations under the same name, like a glowing obelisk or something like that? |

Nothing. They are different models, not different animations of the same one. Look at the ends of the model paths that I posted- brokencolumn0 and brokencolumn1. Those are two different variations, there won't be any weird stuff going on, don't worry. |

try the glowing obelisk model when you're in the editor itself, and you'll see what I'm saying. In the doodads pallette it's listed under one name, but all different kinds of varations can come up just from using that one selection. edit: On a side note I tried it with one of those strings you posted at random, and it didn't work. I got the black and green cube too. EDIT - nm, after I Actually got it to work I realized that that WAS the obelisk you were talking about, heh. |

nvm meyrtrymestyr, i copied the modle off from my umswe files, it worked, thx for the help tho.........guess it won't work if i copied off here.:gsmile: |

The problem with copying from here is that a return is added because it is too long to fit in one line. After pasting it into the WE, look at the pasted thing and you will find this weird symbol that isn't a letter. This indicates a return (basically where an enter is placed) and this messes everything up. So, just delete that little symbol and you should be in the clear. Anyway, glad that it's working for you now, good luck on whatever you are making. |

Myster, I'd like to see the map where all your peasants are little broken columns. :yup: (see previous image) |

Naw, that was just to show him what not to do- I have no broken column peasants... of course, I DO have carnivorous butterflies... |

Naw, it sucks. I never even thought of actually making it releasable, it's tiny, there are glitches, and most of it was just to entertain myself with the thought of somewhat annoying traps... heck, the hero's name is Myster Mystery, and there is no story. Besides, I did release it and no one commented on it. |
