can someone help me out I got some strange bugs with my new interface (think it might be an alpha channel problem but I'm using the original channels) anyway the pic will show what I mean. As you can see the bits I haven't edited show ok. |

Hmmm, that's weird. Can you give some info on the thigns you may have done to create that? PS, depending on what's going on, that can be a kinda useful effect to put in a map. |

Ari, I don't know what I did that made it do this. KDEWolf, I did use the alpha channels that were exported with the original BLPs (night Elf ones) but they were all transparent which is kind of strange but anyway I'll get the files together and send them, you want the TGA files? Edit, um what was your email again ://// EDIT2: BTW I seem to remember hearing you needed them un-compressed for interface files so I did save the new BLPs with 100 quality as well (yes I do save as un-compressed TGA). Hmm thing is with some other files (terrain files) I was trying to work out why the heck WE wasn't reading these BLP files but found out that it was reading the TGA files (which were an older version of the terrain) and then didn't read the BLPs, I renamed the TGAs and it worked fine, could it be that it is for some reason reading the TGAs which are in the folder and not the BLPs and not liking it? |
