Ridiculous Questin but....

In redskulls editor in the ''Research Tip'' when i write something it wont save if i click on close....so how do i make it save for the research tip

just edit the <race>abilitystrings.txt file with notepad. its not hard.

well thats a bit of problem too every1 say that to me...cuz i gotta do it and stuff...but i made NEW abilitys based on others...so id have to write all the stuff like tooltip:bla bla??

Or copy over the text - Spell eidting has alwyas been tough but redskulls made it easy (just not super easy)

Remember you need to have all the files you actually edit throgh the editor in the same folder!

but by the way where do i find <Race>ability strings?in war 3 mpq?

but theres still something ive always been wondering...when u make a tooltip in notepad...how works the level??exemple
level 1:Raises 3 skeleton warrior
level 2: Raises 4 skeleton warrior

i know that in ability string doesnt have this...so how would i do it?

oh lol nvm for the <race> that thing confused me...lol that means the race like undead so it would be Raceabilitystrings.txt right?

Remember that when you write a research description for each level it needs a main description. I've learned (the hard way) that without the main description, Redskull's just forgets the research descriptors you give to each level.
