i think its a dialog trigger witch runs another trigger, which then makes a substraction of the current creeps life by #% and speed is just a dialog button which set the movement speed for all player 12 units =/ |

Okay, it's really simple, EF. First you set all units to have a HARD setting when you edit them in the unit editor. Then you select Easy-Medium-Hard, depending on that you have something checking your varible (which is easily made like an integer which you store 1-3, one for eatch lvl). So if the integer counts 1, subtract X% of spawned units HP. If the integer counts 2, subtract X% and if the integer counts 3, do nothing. You do the same with movement speed if you wish. As well as fire-rate on towers, but that's just stupid. It isn't harder then that. Regards |

Can't you make it simple and ask me ^^ Right, Depending on what version you would like to know : The old cube made by CordialSpam just changes the hp according to the difficulty The cube ne has 2 difficulty menus : - The first one is similar to the old cube's - The second one lets you choose monsters speed as an additionnal difficulty setting. Now if you just wanted to know how to change the hp according to the choice made , the only smart method, very easy to use is to set the computer player (owner of the monster) 's handicap to a percentage depending on your difficulty. Example : easy ----> set handicap to 80% normal ---> // // 100% hard -----> // // 150% Insane -----> // // 300% I don't use that method exactly as the % is limited If you end up with the same issue, i would recommend to give all your monsters the same base HP (1000 for instance) and then adapt your handicap to get the desired values for hp, depending on difficulty and level. If you plan to make another cube d, don't hesitate asking me, as i have been making my sequel of it for a few mounths. It has then become the most advanced TD ever on a technical point of view, even getting compliments from CordialSpam himself on Azeroth. I know every optimized method to make a cube defense, whatever your idea of a new version would be (hehe let me know i'm impatient seeing your ideas) i am sure i could give you a hand making it a top notch TD too, that'll be nice. If you call, i'll help ^^ Regards |
