Spell Editing with redskull's editor problem..

Hi everyone i use Redskull's editor to edit my spells...all work fine..in the editor i see them and all that stuff...but in-game they dont work...it show the face of a guy and it say tool tip missing!

i made a description for the spell...

i attached all the things needed to my map as told but it still does the same problem..i cant fix that problem...alot of people have been helping me..but still it doesnt work..im only waiting for the answer to release my map (like 12 bm but you can choose units and MAYBE custom spells like im making right now..)i have been working for like 1 week and still my spell doesnt work...

Please help me............its so urgent...emote_confused

DAMNIT MAN IM SO HAPPY MY SPELLS WORK I WORKED 3 WEEKS FOR NOTHING..IT WAS ONLY THE SLASH!!!!!
