dialog box descriptions

i was wondering if anyone could help me, i want to add descriptions to my dialog boxes like they did in DMMod and Advanced Hero Arena.

no, i already know how to add a title and buttons i need to know how to add text other then the title, example

say you click the druid button then it would show this

Just make a new dialog menu pop up with the title as the description

Then just make a "Yes" and a "No" function I guess.
