Okay, I've just done some coding on the .blp files, I know I'm not the first, but that isn't the point Could you test this little proggie for me? It will be incoorpirated in the W3MapViewer 3D I'm working on and I'd like to know if you can all run this program! It is fully functional, but only goes one way (Blp -> Bmp) Note: The .blp and .b00 files have to be in the same dir (no error checking on that yet) No channel-swapping needed! It seems asif the bmp is flipped vertically, I don't know why that's happening (if you do, please DO tell me ) but it is convenient and probbly why the the .mdx files are texturemapped the way they are. Okay, enough said, download it (and the source) on my webpage: Edited: www.geocities.com/djbnjack Thanx for testing! Greetz, DJBnJack Ps. It also has commandline functionality if you require it, use it like this: Blpextractor.exe blpfile.blp bmpfile.bmp |

Yeah I could flip it back, and will if people are gonna use this 'tool'. But Blizzard coded their .mdx texture coordinates flipped so I think it's supposed to be like this :o Greetz, DJBnJack |
