Need some help

Allright, I am sick of the stupid version of risk that is out on wc3. I am in the process of re-vamping it to make it better. Hopefully maybe even turnbased. I have been messing around with a few things and have been stuck for the past hour. What I want to do is set it up so that each country gets: 1 barracks and 1 fortified infantry. What I tried doing was giving the fortified one about 100 more hp then the moveable ones. Then I set up a trigger that said when the life of the fortifed one was below 100 then give the barracks and the fortifed infantry to the owned of the attacking unit. It looks like this:

Event - Fortifed Infantrys hp becomes lower than 100
Action - Change ownership of barracks to owned of attacking unit.
- Change Fortified Infantry to owned of attacking unit.
- Set life of Fortifed Infantry to 100%

Well this seemed like it was going to work, until I tested it and it just keep refilling his life every time it was below 100 and it didn't give anything to the "attacking unit." Is there any other way of doing this?

The only delema with this system is that what is the fail safe if you have a huge army and are able to kill him? And whats stoping the player himself from killing his own infantry man to stop people from taking his country?

Well I went over these questions and developed a few triggers that could counter these events. Allthough I am still having problems getting them to work. You know this would be a whole lot easier if there was a trigger that looked something like this:

Event - A unit enters Egypt
Condition - Egypt contains no units eual to true. (Something making sure there is no units in the specified region.)
Action - Same actions as the previous trigger above.

Is there a way to do a condition like that? I browsed threw multiple times and have been trying to figure it out. I couldn't so I tried to just redo the whole system and that ended up being just as frustrating :/

Does anyone have any answers to my questoins or any helpful advice they could give me to help me out? Thx ")
