Speaking of irritations, I'd strongly advise you not to use that as your subject line again. The Powers That Be dislike that sort of subject line, and personally I detest it also. I'm more likely to read a post containing a descriptive subject line than an assinine one, and I'm *certainly* more likely to take the time to answer a question of somebody mature enough to use normal subjects, rather than 8-year-old subjects.

im applying for a mod position to kil lal lthe topics and pm these noobs the ansers to keep the forums clean.

It would be far wiser to give that position to me, after all, I do use proper english and I do not give out faulty information without telling that I could be mistaken.

First of all, get WinMPQ and open up war3.mpq to get the file.

Secondly, you don't want a staff position here.

lol why not? btw: if im a mod ill clean up my language, and spend time on replys, more so than i do now.

Then give useful information instead of telling people what they can and can't do, unless they really can't. Instead of saying "oh thatz hard don try" don't reply. (Though this post isn't relevant to the thread either)

Firstly Earth-Fury, you do not receive a staff position as an incentive to answer people's questions better then you do now, you receive it because you do the hard work in the first place. It's simply recognition that you have the abilities to manage the extra responsibility. I've also edited your post, especially since you wouldn't want an explosion like that tainting your record should you try for modship. Not only that, but it's somewhat offensive, no matter how newbish someone may be.

Also pantagruel, as Ari said, please do not put lines of useless dots in your topic name. If I see it done again, action will be taken. People are less likely to pay attention to what you have to say. Try thinking of it this way: if you can't be bothered putting a topic name, why should people be bothered answering your question? And while Earth-Fury might've approached the instruction in the wrong way, he was correct in his instruction. Please just spend a few short moments looking around the forum to see if your answer hasn't already been given. If you can't find it, then feel free to make a new topic. This question was asked only about half a page down and the answer was already given along with detailed instructions.
