Guest | I just spent the whole of yesterday, and today morning working on a map. I got the terrain done, and moved on to triggers and units. Then, about an hour ago, i coppied a trigger to make the units in an area move from kaagz rpg, and went on to test run the map. Now it the loading bar stops at about 3/4 of the way and i get a fatal error. Ive tried everything, from deleting the changes i made, to having someone else try the map. Could this also be from Windows XP??? all i know is i havent had any problems so far with it |

Guest | It's just that map that does that? Only time I've had one of my maps crash like that was adding skills to the dog, heh. Did you do anything like that? |

Guest | I was looking through the other posts, and in one of them was mentioned to make sure my question isnt answered in the FAQ. Well, true enough, it was. But that doesnt help, that only talks about how to fix it when it crashes during the game, mine crashes before the game. anyways...heres the FAQ post...i havent that any of those. Q: My map crashes with an error about memory not being able to be read, what's wrong? A: There could be a bunch of different things wrong: You've created a unit with a food cost of 0 and killed it (Beta only?) You're removing an item from a hero item slot that doesn't hold an item You're trying to access a part of an array that you haven't put anything in. |
