Just install the visual basic runtime files. Get them here.

a RAR file is a type of archive file, similar to a ZIP file. I have found that RAR files tend to have better compression, You will, however, need WinRar to unpack these archives. Youc can gin WinRar here: [http://www.rarsoft.com/download.htm]

1) Calm down!
2) What system are you running
3) Why can't you install anything
4) BTW, I knew that WinRar just extracts and doesn't "install" anything, that's why I gave you that link

The bane of limited accounts. Well, then you need to have your dad help you out on this one.

You get the best compression if you make a solid archive and set the dictionary size to a maximum. All other optimizations should be turned on of course.
