Open both maps at once. Open your triggers editor. Select the triggers folder at the very top of the folder treeview on the left window. Right-click/ctrl+c to copy. Select window -> your other map (from inside the trigger editor) and then paste the folder on the treeview for your other map.
If you only want specific folders or triggers, simply select each in turn and transfer them over.
Jesus, how hard can it be? "Copy", you don't need more info then that. You can even open one map, copy a folder or two, close it, open another and paste, that works as well.
because I could've sworn that I tried just 'copying' before and it didn't work. :P
Even so, when you're vague like that D-I you're not being helpfull. 'copy a folder or two' tells nobody nothing. Don't even bother responding at that point. :P
