Help with a problem

Hi

my problem is pretty simple, i hope you can help me.

I have serveral icons and pictures for warcraft, but the most are jpeg's or tga's. The problem is that i need them as blp's, but i don't have the right pogramm to transform the images.

Does anyone know what pogramm i can use?

Use the new Warcraft III Viewer. I know for sure that there's a link on the front page now.
