Id like to make a tutorial request

Id like for someone (namely kdub) to make somewhat of a tutorial on how to rectangle model (exactly like what kdub does in his little modelling movie). I would just like to know like how to get the first rectangle set up, and then how to pull other rectangles out of it (like kdub does in his movie). Its really cool and i hope someone (kdub) will help me (and the community).
