demon hunter meta form?

i am pretty sure that there is no way to skin this model, but could this possibly be done? i dont know anything about modeling, but i do know that if u make a new model, that u have to get a skin for it. so could u create a skin for the meta model?

The demon form demon hunter isn't skinnable in its default state because it doesn't have a uv map. You would have to unwrap it then copy the new geoset into the model with the uv map in it.

so its impossible to skin the meta model then?

BTW, i didnt understand anything u said about unwraping it and stuff... but that ok, right?

It is impossible to skin in its default state. You can skin it though if you unwrap it. So if you want to skin it you will have to learn how to unwrap a model.

Or have some nice modeller to unwrap it for you... kiloz1 knows what do i mean... and Citizen too...

hmm... i guess its time to go cheack out some tuts. or if some one wants to tell me what tools i need.

using winMPQ find a file called unitUI. Which is like indepth info on certain uits... if you look at the demon hunter morphed row t is marked that you cannnt use it in world editor.

i find that unitUI is very useful in making your own spells, because cerain units come under a numeric value and, unitUI tells you the values so that instad of water elemental or inferno summoning what it normally does, it could summon a seal or a healling ward.

You can make the demon hunter useable in a map by either editing the demon hunter .MDL so that demon form is always visible and either hide the demon hunter or delete the demon hunter geometry.

Yes you do. (or maybe another 3d editor but hey i'm a skinner! I don't know if all of them come with wrappers.)
